Choosing a financial advisor can be a tough decision. However, if you are looking for an advisor there’s a possibility that we would be a good match. If you’re curious who I typically work with, how I do my work, and ultimately how you can get in contact with me see below. Or feel free to leave me a message on my contact page, and I will try to get back with you as soon as I can.

Thanks,

Who I Work With

Many advisors set a limit on the amount of assets a client has to have before they work with them. I can see why they do this however, the limit I set on who I will work with is based on whether I can help them or not. If I feel I can improve the situation of any prospective client then I’d love to go forward. Over time I have found that if the relationship with a client is not enjoyable, it doesn’t matter how many assets are available for advisement, its not worth the time and effort.

Now, some basic characteristics are:

  • Generally have a somewhat conservative risk profile that place more emphasis on safety than achieving maximum returns.
  • Have a mostly long-term view on their investments, not just looking for short-term returns.
  • Enjoy more than just money, including a big emphasis on family.

How I Do My Work

Technology has made communication easier than ever and because of this I like to take full advantage. I typically meet with clients in person, however I also talk over the phone, through e-mail, as well as through webcam. Being able to use all forms of communication allows me to communicate with all of my clients, no matter their location.

The on-boarding process typically starts with us getting to know each other, determining your goals and objectives including your risk tolerance, and just getting a general feel for how each other works. From there I will develop through the use of various reports, investment recommendations tailored to your goals and objectives. I will then present those recommendations and with your input we will go about implementing the plan followed by monitoring to make sure the plan continues to keep up with your goals and objectives.
